Add forge botnet analysis snapshot for 2026-08-07 
Full derived report (ip_counts, subnets_24, top_paths/UAs, etc.) from the
28h window that identified the currently-blocked top-10 /24 subnets.
Reusable if the botnet expands past those 10 without re-pulling raw logs.
